Covid-19 Information

Following the recent relaxation of restrictions we are able to open the golf course up to play again.

The course has been preserved expertly by a reduced team of green keeping staff over the last few weeks so you will find it in immaculate condition following the recent spell of good weather. There are some new ground rules that must be adhered

Games will be Two Balls (as of the time of this notification)

Tee times for Wednesday 13th will open at 8am on Tuesday 12/05/2020

Players can play from 7am onwards NO EARLIER the greens staff need time to prepare the course.

Tee times for future bookings will open at 6pm each night to allow bookings six day advance. Your name can only appear three times on the advance tee time booking sheet. Let me explain. If you book three tee times at 10am Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Once you have played on Thursday your name will now only appear twice therefore you can book another time.

You have to enter your playing partners name, it cannot be left blank or the word anonymous entered.

If you don’t intend to play at your tee time please show consideration for your fellow members and cancel your time asap.

From Thursday 14/05 onwards any unused tee times from 11am onwards will be available to visitors albeit bookings can only be made a maximum of two days in advance.

PRIOR TO PLAY It is mandatory that you book a tee time prior to play, you cannot just turn up.

Without exception play MUST COMMENCE from the FIRST TEE Arrive at the club a maximum of 15 minutes prior to your tee time.

The MAIN CLUBHOUSE will remain closed. The LOCKER ROOMS are not to be used, please arrive ready to play. The toilet facilities will be open, access for men via the old pro shop door access for ladies via the rear door.

If your shoes are stored in the shoe room please collect them and change by your car, after play take them away with you.

EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN AT THE PRO SHOP PRIOR TO PLAY NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do not go onto the first tee until it is your time to play, ensuring 10 minute gaps between games. T

TROLLEY STORE
Electric Trolleys will be available and will be sanitized after use. It is forbidden to enter the trolley store

ON THE COURSE
Rough:- keep 2m distance whilst looking for balls.
Bunkers :-rakes have been removed so, just smooth them over with your shoe or club.
Greens :- leave the pin in, continuous putting, ie do not mark your ball and wait for others to putt finish off,
keep 2m distance. Do not touch anything other than your own clubs and ball.
Keep a look out for other golfers looking for balls.
Keep at least 2m apart.

SPIKE BAR
Michael will be open for takeout service only FOLLOWING PLAY At the end of your game no social contact at all, grab a drink and don’t hang around

These are the rules that we have put in place to keep within the guidelines, when they change we will change them.
